Tell me about Mode Copiers

Established in 1995, Mode Copiers is a Ricoh premier partner. In 2006 we moved just north of the M25 to our 12,000 sq ft head office.

Situated under one roof, our current location has given us the space needed to facilitate the company’s planned growth; enabling us to bring in more specialist and technical staff, hold greater levels of stock and develop our own in-house training facilities.

What about Mode’s service?

We believe in preventative maintenance rather than emergency repair. All Mode engineers arrive on their postal patch with a list of customers who are due a preventative maintenance visit. If an emergency service call comes through to the engineer’s P.D.A. they will complete the preventative call they are attending and go straight to the emergency. You would generally expect to see your engineer within two hours of your call because they are already local. Once your engineer has dealt with the emergency they can go back to dealing with the preventative calls on their schedule.
